- Build and maintain strong relationships within a diverse, international network.
Finance & Administration
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation;
- Support invoice preparation, donor reporting, and financial documentation;
- Maintain internal systems, shared folders, and operational processes.
You Are…
- Recently graduated; 0 years of post-university work experience required. What matters is your drive, organisational skills, eagerness to learn, and readiness to operate at a fast and high level from day one;
- Exceptionally organised, proactive, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment;
- A natural communicator; confident engaging with senior executives, legal professionals, and international partners;
- Passionate about human rights, gender equality, and the power of technology to drive systemic change;
- Digitally fluent and a quick learner with tools, systems, and processes;

- Rare early-career exposure to international law, high-level partnerships, executive operations, and global strategy;
- A meaningful executive track with real growth potential as the organisation scales;
- Flexible hours; fully remote or hybrid in Bern.
