Join Spring ACT’s inaugural Executive Impact Committee and help accelerate the global expansion of Chatbot Sophia, the world’s first AI-powered tool supporting survivors of domestic violence.

The Executive Impact Committee will work closely with the Founder and CEO and lead Spring ACT’s volunteer departments. You’ll help shape our strategy, scale Chatbot Sophia to more countries, and champion survivor-centred, ethical tech in everything we do.

This is your chance to gain hands-on leadership experience in a safe, fast-paced, global team working at the intersection of technology and human rights.
